There are many circumstances that require a commercial or office strip-out. Speedy Development Group stand out for commercial strip-outs and office strip-outs because we understand that even when it comes to disassembly, the landloard or building owner appreciates how the rooms are presented back, even when they are empty. No scratches (or additional scratches) and additional marks on the floor; no unnecessary and additional damage to paint, plaster, walls and ceilings; and if anything needs to be re-used or re-purposed, you will have them in the same state as it was when we arrived.

Building and structural damage are the last things that you want from the Strip-Out company that you hire; and if all or some of the building and office contents left behind are required by you, let us know.

We disassemble and remove mezzanine, temporary floors, walls and partitions; furniture, workstations, electrical installations from telecommunications equipment to climate control components (if required), lunchrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, signage and even rubbish! If you want a completely empty room, that’s what you’ll receive.

Whilst we are there, if you require restoration of floor, ceiling, interior and exterior walls; if  you need plumbing and electrical work, let us know and we can quote and organise a contract agreement for all the restoration and refurbishment that you require.
